I asked for a $0.95 service to look up my uncle's telephone # in Irving, Texas and did not ask for a membership to this company's services but they went ahead and charged my bank account $19.95 for a months service. I talked to a rep just now and she informed me I had a seven day period to cancel their service and their were no refunds given. She also said I had been sent three e-mails confirming my membership which I never received.
