After 5 years our DVR was giving us problems. I understand that electronics don't last forever. We were charged $64.00 for "shipping and handling" for a new DVR. I was told to send the old DVR back in the box the new one came in. I did this. Two months later my bill says I owe $175.00 for a "damaged DVR". I emailed Dish and asked them about this charge.
