I recently found Service Magic on the internet as a company which "screens" contractors and supposedly puts them through a rigourous check. (I was seaching for a contractor who could pour an addition to my existing driveway. I received the name of one contractor through this agency. I contracted and paid for a 4 inch deep concrete addition. I received a 3 inch addition! When I called the complaint department at Service Magic, the representative seemed very concerned to help me.
