Any business that ships UPS - watch out because they have a sneaky new policy regarding guaranteed delivery times. We had a customer who needed 2 day shipping with Saturday delivery. We used UPS Internet Shipping to produce the label and got a confirmation that the package was "guaranteed" for delivery Saturday by 4:30pm.
