After a good start with Servicemagic things went south FAST. Wasting our time as contractors with fabricated, cohersed, or incorrect leads is unforgivabe. Yes they tell the customer that they will not have to pay, yet they do not inform them the us, the contractor pays(yes everyone that recieved the lead). In addition they claim that the lead gets sent to 3or 4 contractors, this is bunk, I know of 6 fellow contractors friends that have recieved the same lead.
