I made airline reservations with NWA.com, Northwest Airline's own web site, on March 25th and have a confirmation for a direct (non-stop) flight too and from Phoenix to Milwaukee for $217 charged to my American Express. I recognized this as a very good price and noted that it was a Midwest Airline flight and I could deposit my miles in my Midwest account.
