I had a loan approved with the Linden, NJ branch but my experience with the Rep caused me to walk out on the loan closing. I thought I was buying a used car. The manager was sitting at her desk the whole time making collection calls. The Rep was slow and mechanical and didn't have any paperwork ready. He made me wait while he verified information that he had for days before the closing. He took other customers while making me wait.
