Service Magic recommended Biancardi Construction for the repair and rebuilding of my deck. He did shoddy work, did not complete the contract, and left mid-project without notice keeping the money I paid him as he required it for materials never delivered and work not done. Now I have discovered that the work he did was dangerously incompetent (for example, putting sonna tubes over old sonna tubes instead of replacing them as promised and going down only 2 instead of 4 feet in New Hampshire).
