Direct Tv"s customer service in plain english SUCKS, extremely unprofessional and rude. When placing order for service I inquired about my custom remotes being re programed and was assured that there was no problem at all when the installer came out. I went further and told them that a laptop was needed with a program to do this and once again assured it would be done.
