I have Direct TV with a service contract that states if my equipment should be defective or can not be repaired it will be replaced. I lost caller ID on screen June 06, 2009 and was told that it is a software problem I asked if this was a problem on all of there DVR HD receivers I was told no. It is now 2 months with no resolution. I'm also experiencing on the same receiver the audio does not match up with the video you see lips moving and does not sync to picture.
