I ordered a pair of shoes from kmart.com & when received they did not fit. K-Mart doesn't allow shoe returns to the store so they must be shipped back. I shipped them back using the shipping label & return form provided in the box with the shoes from K-Mart. In the meantime, I ordered another size from the website. The shoes were received, but these did not fit either so again I returned the shoes as I did above.
