I have had all kinds of problems with the internet service since I got it about 1 year ago. For a while I was having to call them at least once a month with problems getting on. Now when I am browsing the internet It shows that I am downloading information. I called and talked to the supervisor of tech support to be told that it is somehow my computers problem. That either something is being downloaded from a website without my knowledge or that it is doing automatic up dates, of which is set for 4am (in the free time) .
