I ordered Dish Network and it was installed about 2 weeks later, which was about what I had expected and the system worked OK for about 30 days or so. Shortly after that I began to have problems with The caller ID and didn't think too much about it until I started having additional problems with the signal being lost for no reason. I called dish network to complain and they informed me they would send a rep. to take care of the problem which they did.
