I purchased a computer from Publishers Clearing house. When it arrived I went to set it up and the face was loose off the front of the tower, I set it up and the monitor light went solid yellow. I called to let them know, they said send the moitor back and we'll fix it. My husband decided to just buy me a flat screen so i told them I wouldn't be sending it.
