I received a call today at noon after placing an order online yesterday afternoon for today's delivery. The representative indicated that in addition to my $35 order I would also be required to pay an additional $19 because the area was "more expensive than usual and the local florist would not deliver an arrangement under $55" – noting in addition that “honest” florist also agreed to “pick up” $6 of the delivery fee.
