I contacted sears regarding my microwave which isn't working properly. I had the same exact problem with it 6 months ago and the part was replaced at no charge. At that time I was told that the part had a 5 year warranty. When I called on 9/22/09, I talked to a very rude little man who told me that I would have to pay $129 for a service call plus parts.
