On Thursday, June 10, 2010 a class-action complaint was filed on behalf of all past and present employees of National Foreclosure Consultant Group, LLC. The Complaint also names Efthemios Velahos, Nancy Velahos and the Velahos Law Firm. The class action seeks unpaid wages and commissions that NFC Group promised employees but did not pay, minimum wages and overtime and damages for the NFC Group's improper classification of employees as independent contractors. Paliani Consulting offers education services to enhance your life. They do provide these services; however, they run with a skeleton crew & outsource most of their services. They then do not pay these vendors who provide the services that bring the students into the classrooms.
