I ordered the Instyler for my granddaughter, one for her and one for myself. One of the instylers didn't work and I called and was given a return number. I mailed it back, at my cost, and had to call the company 6 weeks later to find out why I hadn't received the new one. They then sent me another one which did not work and I called them again. When that one was returned, again at my cost, I got a confirmation receipt. Again I never received a new one.
