We had 2 cellular phones w/ Verizon Wireless. They began calling us frequently to tell us we were due for an upgrade to a new phone since we were out of service within a week or so. Then, a few weeks later after failing on our part to pay our bill on time, they shut off my husband's service. When he called to make a payment and get it re-connected, he was told we'd have to pay a re-connect fee.
