In July of this year I was without TV for 5 straight days and every time I called Direct TV to complain and to find out what to do to get it fixed they gave me the run around and one on their workers even suggested that I should just disconnect my service. Direct TV sent a new receiver to me to fix the problem, but they also sent me an increased bill shortly afterwards and every time it rains there are several channels I can't watch because they are scrambled, doesn't matter if its a little rain or a lot of rain.
