I visited your Cherry Vale Mall store on Saturday night and had a chop shop done on my hair, . Did not get the haircut I wanted nor was it even. I noticed it being as off as it was when it was dry. So, on Sunday I went back to have it fixed only to be told that it is against COMPANY POLICY for anyone else to touch me except for the stylist that created the mess. I then told the stylists working that would not be happening.
