Us Fidelis sold a policy to me in nov 08 for my 2005 lincoln navigator. Last week 9-23-09 I needed to use the policy. I went to the local lincoln dealership and they laughed at me standing there with the policy in hand. They (lincoln dealership) said they would not even take my truck in if I was planning to submitt a claim as it would be turned down. So, I take it to another dealership ( one of my local ford dealership's) and they state the exact same thing .They also tell me that us fidelis is a scam!
