I purchased a shop vac at target. When I opened it I realized it was used. It was dirty, parts were missing and it wasn't packed like a new item, just thrown in the box like a return. I plugged it in to see if it would work and it found out why it was returned, it didn't work properly. It wasn't discounted or sold as used but new. I took it back to the store, with my receipt, and in full compliance of their posted acceptable return policy. They were extremely rude and refused to give me my refund. So now I'm stuck with this crappy vacuum that doesn't work. This is theft! read full review »
