I dropped my phone in water and took it to T Mobil for repair or replacement. The salesman wanting to make a buck so he said most people don't buy a replacement phone they just add another line on their account and they can get a new free cell phone. The Kicker, the salesman said my phone was $200. to replace. When I said I'd look at the other phones, I saw mine was $89. not $200. to replace.
