As I mentioned when I spoke to you, Kaitlin did not mention a drop fee of $125.00 the first I heard of the fee was from you. I see you went ahead and charged me anyway. I am sending a copy of this email to Hertz to let them know is the kind of customer service I have received from this location. Just so you know, I charge will not come from my pocket.
