I purchased Majic Jack at Best Buy over three months ago. From the support of Cnet, PC mag, etc. I felt secure in this purchase. WRONG!! From the first day the dependability was questionable at best. Today one call out of 14 has worked. Every time I contact the "Tech chat" they put me through the same actions each time. "Different USB port, unplug and plug back in, reformat the Magic Jack port.
