The UPS person for my route in Hoboken, NJ does not actually deliver my packages. He simply pastes the "delivery attempt" note on the door and moves on. I have complained to UPS about this twice already and posted large notes on my apartment's front door indicating that I am home and awaiting delivery... neither has helped. In the most recent instance, UPS told me the guy would attempt to redeliver the package on the same day.
