I recieved a promo call in aug or sept was told about all free movies and the NFL sunday ticket, Try it free till dec if i didnt like it i could cancel, we were getting this promo deal because we were good customers, I recieved my bill for oct and saw that i was charged 59.99 for the NFl sunday ticket, I called directtvand spoke with customer service they in turn told me there was nothing they could do about it that i could not cancel, I asked to speak with a supervisor who told me that i could not cancel and when i explained the conversation... read full review »
