I made payment to chase and they gave me credit for them and then for no reason at all that I can see the payments were reversed and they now say I am two months delinquent on my mortgage payments.. I have been dealing with this Since September of 2008> The payments have cleared my bank and I have repeatedly sent proof the payments have cleared. I have investigated the RESPA laws and sent Chase letters that ask for a resolution of this problem and they just ignore them.
