I ordered a free trial via the internet for this product, at which point I was told I would be charged $1.99 for shipping but the product would be free. I received a call about 3 days later where the company asked me if I authorized shipping, and then informed me that I would be charged $29.95/month unless I cancelled. I told him I wanted to cancel, and he said I needed to call and speak with customer service after I received the shipment, which I did.
