Hughes net did not work at all in our area. It was pitifully slow and would not even connect to my server at work to download e-mail. I called to cancel service and got someone named Jeff who was very very rude. He wants to charge $400 termination fees as well as I have to ship the equipment back to Maryland. He would not let me talk to a manager and would not even give his last name. He basically hung up saying tuff stuff.
