I had soooo many incorrect answers by telephone reps since inception in March, I can't believe I actually went through with the installation. I was promised the world & got a few credits...All I am asking is to allow me to upgrade to HD DVR receiver without having to pay $200. I feel DTV is not loyal to its existing customer base and feel the customer service after the sale is tremendously lacking.
