Direct TV omitted crucial information while selling me their service! • The guy I spoke with never told me that I was going to be charged $10/month in order to have access to the HD channels included in my package. Because he had said that HD channels were included, I never thought he would be intentionally omitting crucial information about having to pay an EXTRA $10/month for it.
