I was interested to see the complaint by Ray Hibbert regarding Louise Van Der Velde. I too have had dealings with the same person. I booked her villa in 2007 and paid her £800 deposit and £300 accidental breakage cover. I paid her the remaining balance of £2200 and waited for August 2008 to arrive.
