just checking statements on internet banking and to my horror $162.80 is taken out of my credit card and now overdrawn so been charged over limit fees on top. Upon ringing sheer cover i was told i must have authorised this payment or it wouldnt have been taken, when i explained that i had placed two individual orders with them and when i only recieved one package i rang to find out where my other order was, i was told they thought i had made a mistake and only wanted one order not two seperate ones, i asked what the hell gives them the right... read full review »
