I recently purchased Vonage VoIP on March 16th 2006. I was told by their 'Customer Service Reps' that my number would be transfered from my 'Cricket Wireless Provider' to my Vonage account. I waited the 14 business days and called them. They told me it could take up to 20 business days, so I waited. I called back on the 20th business day and was told it would be taken care of in the next 48 business hours. I called back on the 25th business day. This is where the rudeness began.
