Almost five months ago, I paid this company $2, 500 (1/2 of their $4, 999 fee) to secure me a loan modification. They rarely returned correspondence, asked for the same information over and over and I could never pull up my case on their website where you are supposed to follow the progress on your loan mod. . At one point I was told that I was going to be approved and my case was moving along to the next level.
