I wanted to return a pair of designer shoes, and when the cashier looked at the bottom of the shoes, she shouted that these had been worn. I replied that they were not, and she looked at me like I was the biggest lier in the world and accused me again of wearing them. I tried to explain to her and the manager standing next to her that I did not wear the shoes and I would never return used shoes.
