I signed a contract with Berg's sales representative Tom on 5/30/09, since then I have made multiple attempts to contact them on replacing my roof. I received a call back from them at the end of August of 2009 stating that the contract/work order was not processed within the company. They then stated that they would like to start the work Friday September 4th, the Friday before Labor Day.
