I bought a MagicJack at BestBuy for the SECOND TIME, just to give them another chance. Again, I couldn't get it to work, despite many sessions with their online help. This was with a new computer, new phone, new internet setup from the last time I tried - still it dropped calls or wouldn't go through at all. I returned the MagicJack to BestBuy and got my money back a few days later, but had made the mistake of ordering the five year extended plan (what can I say - i'm an optimist!).
