Telecommunication Company Windstream--has billed me for over 1 1/2 years for a telephone service, they don't own and is billed by another provider, Time Warner Cable. Windstream acknowledge the error but refuse to fix it; in addition, decline to answer a BBB Complaint. The Account is a phantom account for a telephone number that is already in service under Time Warner whom has contacted Winstream but receive no answers.
