Our 50" Samsung DLP 1080p television stopped working because the optics block went on it. The HH Gregg repair contractor said it would take a least a month to fix. I called our local HH Gregg store and they said to contact GE Warranty (we had a 5 year warranty). I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes on hold only to be told that our warranty doesn't cover a "rental" and to contact HH Gregg Corporate.
