Twice I have pre-selected to not auto-renew my subscription approximately a couple months in advance and twice it has been renewed and charged to my credit card [I work in the IT industry and confirmed it was set correctly each time]. The first time I called to request a refund and cancel the subscription but told I could not. A lawyer friend and I are taking screen captures after I have set it to not auto-renew. At various points throughout the year we will document using witness verification of that status during the valid subscription period. read full review »
