earlier this year I purchased a green dot pre paid card well I needed to use it again yesterday to pay my insurance so I called to ask what the status of my account was and they said it was overdrawn by $9.90 ok that's fine they also told me if I added the funds to my account using a money pak I could use the account. Well I go to the store I purchased a money pak and the card that I have does not match my account number and now I can't get a refund on my money and my insurance is not paid.
