okay, so... i ordered the Sheer Cover 6 piece make up set for $29.99 ( free shipping) that i saw on the infomercial this morning and WOW did i make a stupid mistake! first off, when i ordered the product over the phone, i upgraded to the 8 piece set for i believe $6.00 more, but they charged $9.99 for shipping when it was supposed to be FREE! Secondly, i explained that i wanted a ONE MONTH supply, which they charged me for a 3 month supply with an automatic shipping charge every 3 months. I recently ordered the 5 piece proactive kit of the 4 FL OZ face solutions and when i placed the order online it stated that it was only $29.90 plus tax with free shipping for the 4 FL OZ bottle. so i placed the order and they took out the appropriate fee's. The next month (October 2009), they took out an additional $29.90 out of my bank account and stated that when i signed up, i ordered a 2 month supply (which apparently was the 4 FL OZ bottle) and their website stated it was $29.90 per month (which it didnt at the time).
