We bought a pair of Sears Kenmore washer and dryer. 1st off they were installed backwards doors open into each other. 2nd thy were never leveled can only use medium spin or shakes out of the room. Now the seal on the washer has broke have to tape it every time we use it. The guy that installed them was very rude and unprofessional. I will not call the Bryan sears to try and have this fixed.
