I took a family vacation and did a little swimming with my watch on and it must have gotten moisture in it when I sent my barely 1 year old Series 800 watch in for repair and declined to pay the $400 repair cost which was half the price of the watch, the watch was returned in worst condition then when I sent it in. I will never buy another Movado. The Customer service rep gave excuses for things that weren't wrong with the watch before it was sent in, the things she listed weren't listed by the Movado Sales rep in Short Hills Mall... read full review »
