I bought $50.00 gift card for Black Angus. I then found out they were closed in Modesto and the closest Black Angus was a 2 hour drive away. I tried to exchange Black Angus for Olive Garden and was told by the Safeway store they won't exchange gift cards. I was told to call 1-800-safeway and they would give me a refund. I called that number and was told to call Stephanie at 1-800-382-3852 ext 6402 at Black Angus and she is such a sweet girl she would take care of my problem.
