This is the worst dry-cleaning service ever. Carlene or Charlene who answered the phone for CUSTOMER SERVICE CALLS (HELLO THAT IS YOUR JOB RIGHT) was very rude, and it was very hard to understand her accent. An attitude and a thick accent don't go together ok. They misspelled my last name and some how that became my fault and my issue. If I pay for a service that is what you should do, provide a service. My clothes looked horrible. I could have taken my items to the $1.99 dry-cleaners and they would have looked better then this. At least they have a better tracking system for your clothes.
