I found this product on a local news website, endorsed by various celebs and places like CNN, etc. It offered a free trial period of 14 days. After about 10 days of not receiving product, I contacted the CS online support and registered a complaint -- 2 in all -- and finally, after 13 days, found the charge on my account, but still no product. Day 14 arrived, and so did my product! Too bad, so sad. I didn't cancel during the 14 day free trial period.
